Suri Alpacas Sold

Meet Chopper! Chopper was my only cria this year and had few girls in his pen that would play with him. So, he has turned into a boisterous little boy, with lots of curiosity and little timidity towards people. He needs a special home. One that understands his boyish manners (or lack of). He needs a job as a performance or PR alpaca. He will NOT go into a home as just a pet. No first-time owners unless they have good mentors. I will check. If you want him for PR work, I will want proof of your PR events. My plans are to register him. Just need to wrangle him for the blood card. As the only cria from Axman (at 12 yrs old, no less), he deserves to go on the record.

Wonderful pure Peruvian girl. Daughter of Snowmass Silken Gold, and carries Pperuvian Uribe and Pperuvian Americo bloodlines. Carries color down to medium fawn. Her 2014 cria was awesome. Named Shimmer for her incredible luster. Wonderful mom, easy birth, and lots of milk. Delivered awesome light fawn female cria by Autobahn on 4/10/2019. Has his glistening luster. A little small, but Artic's first cria was, too. I've given her the barn name of Treasure. And she certainly is. She has the tiniest little locks all the way to the skin. I'm in love!

Super sweet girl. Has to have her nose kisses before she will go eat. She carries herself proudly and is very inquisitive. She is the first to go on alert if there is something 'off' in her pasture. Very lustrous, with vicuna patterning. Sire is bayblack son of Snowmass Silken Gold, so she also carries color. Mom is daughter of Ebony Icon, an outstanding black sire. She also carries Powerline. Twirl got high marks for her Spin-off entry at the TXOLAN Fiber show in Feb 2019, and was awarded Judge's Choice Suri by Wini Lebrecque. Twirl delivered a 15.4 lb boy on April 17. Saber is marked very much like his sire, Campion. Dark eyes, nose, and inside the ears. And a dot of brown between toes on all 4 feet. Twirl has lots of milk and is a very attentive mom.

Absolutely ecstatic when I saw this little girl. Tight, tiny locks to the skin and that luster! And fabulous bloodlines. Sire is Autobahn, my outstanding Hotazel son. Her dam is a daughter of Snowmass Silken Gold. She is small in stature and very demure. And she loves to roll. I didn't shear her as a cria and now regret it. She has developed a habit of rolling in whatever is available. Mainly hay. As I have quit breeding, she is open and ready to breed.

Ready to wean off in October, Cinnamon is a boisterous little guy, with lots of personality. Still waiting to see how his locks come back out. Was hoping to leave them the first year, but this year's summer heat made me change my mind and he was shorn in June. His sire is a beautiful grey, and mom carries grey, so he has that potential. He is a light brown, with greyish face.

Saber looks a lot like his sire, with just a little less brown. Very striking markings. Very nice, lustrous locks. Very inquisitive. Sire is the son of Meadowgate Peruvian Saber. Dam is a vicuna patterned light fawn grand-daughter of Snowmass Silken Gold and Ebony Icon, a true black, so he can throw color from black to white, with patterns thrown in too! Weaning Oct 6, so he will be ready the first week of November. Congratulations Cheri Mockler. I know Saber will give you some awesome suri fiber to work with.
